auKsys in February

The following has been happening in February:

• Build instructions for cc-pkg have been completed.
• We start work on supporting LLVM.
• Experimental GraphRAG using ollama was added to kproc.
• New tutorial for the OSM Extraction tools. Note, that the stable version has bugs that have been fixed in the development branch.
