GQLite 1.2.1 - Ruby/Python In Rust

A new minor version of GQLite was just released, with the new Rust-based bindings for Ruby and Python, which have been pushed to gem and PyPi.

This release also include the first attempt at looking to support multithreading, through an experimental ConnecitonServer.
